There are many adventure activities such as trekking, hiking, climbing, rafting, safaris, scuba diving, skiing, paragliding, hunting, and racing etc but hiking is a natural exercise for physical fitness among them, requires no special equipment. In Hiking, the most important thing to remember is “The journey is more important than the destination”. When you think about hiking, you most think of beautiful nature, landscapes, forests, rivers and walking there to enjoy natural scenery.
